Nagelsmann: De Ligt arrival 'good sign' for Bayern and Bundesliga

Matthijs de Ligt leaving Juventus for Bayern Munich is a "good sign" for the Bundesliga champions and the German top flight, co-ordinate to Julian Nagelsmann.
